Waste/Refuse Casters and Replacement Parts

Rubber/Iron casters are the traditional caster in the waste/refuse industry. These casters offer a great cost/usage ratio because they tend to take a bit of abuse and still keep rolling.

Polyolefin casters are quickly becoming the go-to caster in the waste/refuse industry. Polyolefin wheels take a considerable amount of weight while being quite an economical option for waste bins.

Polyurethane/Iron casters offer a great combination of reliability and mobility. Polyurethane is a very resilient material to make caster wheels, and the solid cast iron core provides high load capacity and durability.

 Quick release caster pads, also called quick change pads are a great way to attach casters to any unit. The caster pad is meant to be welded on to you piece of equipment with the caster being attached to the pad by a single bolt instead of the traditional 4. This allows for casters to be changed out quickly in the event that your casters become damaged. These caster pads pay for themselves with the reduction in time lost due to maintenance.

Ground rollers, also known as bogey wheels, are used on roll off containers when a tremendous load is expected. These large, wide wheels are great to allow those heavy loads to roll on and off the transportation trucks.

Nose rollers are used on the front side of a roll off container to allow the container to roll up the bed of the truck loading and transporting the container. The steel core provides great durability while the rubber tread helps protect the truck it rides on.
